Modupe Emmanuel is the Head Chef of Salt Lagos, a fast growing culinary company, based in the city of Lagos, Nigeria. In order to formalize her passion for food, Modupe trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Paris and obtained a Grand Diplome in both pastry and cuisine. Her success at Le Cordon Bleu is evidenced by her appointment as an official representative of Le Cordon Bleu in Nigeria. In 2017, Modupe was recognised as one of the most inspiring women in Nigeria
Upon her arrival in Nigeria, Modupe started Salt Lagos, a quality culinary service provider in 2014 and has since established herself and her team as one of the top culinary service providers in Lagos.
